When you create or update a purchase request, the new or updated virtual card is available immediately to use once the API responds you with a success response. Due to the distributed nature of the ICCP application, it may not immediately reflect the new or updated details in response to follow-on calls to query the purchase request details.You should wait a minimum of five seconds after creating or updating a purchase request before issuing a request to get the purchase request details. This does not affect the ability to use the VCN during that time.
